Overview

GSA’s 2nd Generation Information Technology Blanket Purchase Agreements (2GIT BPAs) provide access to Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware/software and ancillary services.

The 2GIT BPAs deliver a streamlined process for purchasing IT hardware and software products and services through GSA Advantage!®. GSA developed the 2GIT solution in collaboration with the U.S. Air Force, and it will extend the benefits of a Best-in-Class (BIC) IT Products purchasing solution to the federal government.

Four Inc. currently offers its entire IBM GSA software portfolio on the 2GIT contract at a discounted rate.

Who can use the 2GIT Contract?

Ordering is open to all U.S. Federal government agencies.
