Herndon, VA, 4/03/2024 – Four Inc. is very excited to welcome Jenny Small as the newest addition to our finance solutions team as the Senior Contracts Manager. With a rich background in federal finance and a proven track record of leadership, Small brings invaluable expertise to the Four Inc. team.

In her capacity as the Senior Contracts Manager, Small will ensure the successful execution of contracts and agreements with various government agencies, partners, and customers. Her responsibilities include thoroughly reviewing and analyzing government software contracts, developing and negotiating finance terms, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Before joining Four Inc., Jenny served as Senior Vice President at Key Government Finance, where she oversaw the Federal Originations Business Unit. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership by managing a complex business portfolio. Jenny's strategic acumen and commitment to excellence were instrumental in achieving business goals while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Prior to her role as Senior Vice President, Jenny served as Sr. Contracts Manager at Key Government Finance, where she managed transactions between Sales, Federal Government Clients, and Prime Contractors. Her responsibilities included reviewing government contracts, resolving deficiencies, and overseeing the preparation and submittal of all documentation necessary to fund leases.
