Hernon, VA, 09/11/23 – Four Inc., a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, announced today that it has been selected as one of the prime contractors on the USALearning® (USAL) System Software Licenses multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The potential 10-year, $1.3 billion contract was awarded after a competitive selection process and will enable Four Inc. to provide advanced e-Learning solutions to government agencies across the United States.

The USALearning® Learning Management System (USALLMS) provides FedRAMP and DOD impact hosting solutions to over 60 large and small Federal agencies. Solutions include cloud-based and non-cloud-based applications to meet organizational learning system requirements at the department level and across the enterprise. Four Inc. has a strong track record of providing cutting-edge technology solutions to government agencies, and this latest contract award reinforces the company's commitment to delivering high-quality software and services to government customers.

Under the terms of the contract, Four Inc. will provide eLearning solutions to government agencies including license management systems, e-learning content libraries, learning assessments and survey software, collaborative learning environments, asynchronous e-learning collaboration environments (AeCE), and learning content management systems. Four Inc. offerings include Anthology’s Blackboard Learn, Qualtrics XM, Adobe Connect, and Adobe Learning Management (ALM). The contract has a base period of five years, with an additional five-year option period. Ordering is open to state and local governments and all Federal agencies.
