Four Inc. and NetRise Partner to Bring Supply Chain Risk Management Solutions to the Public Sector

Herndon, VA, 3/25/2024 – Four Inc. has been named a federal aggregator for NetRise, the company providing granular visibility into the world's Extended Internet of Things (XIoT) security problem — encompassing the modern firmware and software component security challenges of IT, OT, IoT, and other connected cyber-physical systems. Under the agreement, Four Inc. will provide Netrise solutions to the public sector through Four Inc.'s NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWPV), Information Technology Enterprise Solutions- Software 2 (ITES-SW2) contract, U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), and its network of channel partners as part of Four Inc.'s boutique aggregation program. This collaboration brings together the expertise and capabilities of both organizations to deliver incident response, firmware analysis, and vulnerability management programs tailored to government agencies.

NetRise is a comprehensive technology solution that addresses supply chain risks associated with firmware and software components. At its core, NetRise aims to enhance organizations' security posture by continuously monitoring vulnerabilities in these components. The platform's capabilities extend to generating, ingesting, and enriching software bills of materials (SBOMs), offering a holistic view of software component risks. NetRise utilizes advanced artificial intelligence (AI) features, such as NetRise Trace, which enables efficient and swift vulnerability detection. With a focus on illuminating unknown risks, particularly in XIoT devices, NetRise becomes a crucial tool for organizations looking to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry frameworks.

NetRise's platform is adept at risk mitigation and provides actionable insights. Its CISA-approved status underscores its effectiveness in securing devices from the inside out through firmware analysis and SBOM management. By creating and enriching SBOMs, organizations can maintain an up-to-date inventory of their software components, aiding in quickly identifying vulnerabilities when they arise. NetRise is pivotal in helping organizations meet compliance standards from regulatory bodies such as NIST and NTIA, contributing to a more robust and secure operational environment.

"We are delighted to announce our strategic partnership with NetRise," exclaimed Chris Wilkinson, EVP of Sales at Four Inc. "Providing unparalleled visibility into firmware and software components, NetRise empowers our partners and government customers to improve supply chain risk management, improving national security and protecting confidential data."

NetRise is now available on Four Inc.'s GSA contract schedule, offering government agencies streamlined access to its advanced cybersecurity and supply chain risk management platform. This collaboration simplifies procurement processes and enables federal organizations easier access to NetRise's cutting-edge features, such as continuous vulnerability monitoring and AI-powered searches through NetRise Trace. The inclusion of NetRise in Four Inc.'s GSA contract bolsters Four’s commitment to providing innovative cybersecurity solutions to government entities, making it easier for agencies to enhance their security infrastructure efficiently. In addition to GSA, Netrise products are available immediately via Four Inc.'s NASA SEWPV, ITES-SW2, and OMNIA Partners Contract Vehicles.
