Order Operations Analyst

Four Inc. is seeking a business-minded, collaborative Order Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. In this role, the Order Operations Analyst will execute public sector contract and order-related activities, process customer orders, and resolve contractual and procedural issues in support of Four Inc.’s Public Sector IT aggregation sales and operations division. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal, analytical, business, and problem-solving skills. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with three in-office days per week at Four Inc.’s headquarters in Herndon, Virginia, and two remote workdays.

Essential Functions

  • Review and execute government contracts and commercial orders
  • Engage with sales team members to understand contractual nuances
  • Execute timely and accurate purchase orders and subcontracts with vendors to procure products and services in accordance with contracts
  • Exercise general understanding of public sector and commercial contracts & orders to support procurement related activities
  • Maintain robust knowledge of compliance and procurement policies
  • Work directly with vendors to track delivery of product orders and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide excellence in service to resolve issues related to procurement activities, contract terms and conditions, pricing, and contract delivery with customers, manufacturer partners, and vendors.
  • Enter and maintain data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Practice procurement best practices & maintain thorough knowledge of internal procurement policies
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports for contract vehicles in accordance with contract requirements and PMO guidance
  • Assist with large strategic bids & proposals, as needed
  • Support contract vehicle maintenance requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business or relevant subject
  • 0-2 Years of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical/critical/process-oriented thinking skills
  • Team player capable of working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
