Business Development- Internship
Four Inc. is seeking an Intern to support the Inside Sales team while also assisting with day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business operations, giving interns practical skills and exposure to real-world processes in a collaborative environment.
This is a hybrid role: three in-office days per week at Four Inc.’s Herndon, VA headquarters and two remote days.
Essential Functions
- Assist the Inside Sales team with lead tracking, outreach, and follow-ups
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports
- Update and maintain CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed
- Conduct research and basic data analysis to support sales and operations initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development is a plus
