USAL

Overview

USAL program supports all US Government with training services, training systems, courseware development, virtual simulators, strategic planning, and many other requirements. As an assisted acquisition provider, OPM is congressionally authorized to use its revolving fund for assisted acquisition support. This support across these agencies allows the USAL Program to leverage the Government’s buying power, reducing overall costs to Government customers.

The purpose of this contract is to provide best-in-class Learning System licenses to support USAL customer agencies. Through USAL, Four Inc. can provide Learning System Licenses to support various training and education requirements within USAL customer agency learning ecosystems. These licenses provide customer agencies the ability to receive products and services that are required for its Learning Management System (“LMS”)/Talent Management System (“TMS”) where integration is not required and the customer agency has its own LMS/TMS.
