SEWP VI

Overview

The NASA SEWP VI (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI) GWAC provides the latest in Information Technology (IT) products and services for all federal agencies. The statutory authority allowing usage of the SEWP contracts by the entire Federal Government is NASA's designation as an Executive Agent by OMB based on the Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA) of 1996, now the Clinger Cohen Act.

What is the scope of SEWP VI - Category A?

The SEWP VI contract's scope includes the purchase of ITC (Information Technology and Communication), Audio-Visual Product Solutions, and related Services. 

Who can use the SEWP VI Contract?

The SEWP VI contract is open to NASA civil employees, NASA contractors, federal agencies and eligible federal agency contractors.

Obtaining a Quote

Installation, Warranty, and Technical Support

We provide commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) IT products and services and rely on the applicable manufacturers' and software publishers' established policies and procedures for installation, warranty, extended warranty, technical support, software support, and other post-delivery services.

Our team remains available to assist customers throughout the process and can help coordinate with manufacturers or support providers when needed.

For assistance with post-delivery issues, please contact your designated Sales Representative, or our SEWP VI Program Management Office at (sewpvi@fourinc.com). Our staff will help assess the issue, coordinate with the appropriate manufacturer or support provider, and work toward resolution.

Troubleshooting a Problematic Order

If you experience a problem with an order, including issues related to delivery, product performance, configuration, installation, or other order-related concerns, please contact our SEWP VI Program Management Office.

Our staff will work with you to understand the issue, determine the appropriate course of action, and coordinate with the applicable manufacturer or service provider when necessary.

Fair Opportunity

Contractors will be provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP Quote Request Tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.
