DOW ESI BPA

Overview

DOW ESI, an initiative sponsored by the Department of War Chief Information Officer (CIO), helps IT buyers get the best value on commercial software, IT hardware, and services. By consolidating requirements and creating agreements with IT providers, DOW ESI offers a unified contracting and vendor management strategy for the entire department. This enables programs to:

Secure the most favorable terms and conditions

DOW ESI has awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements for HCL, NETSCOUT, ZeroFox, and JFrog software products which includes: perpetual software licenses, software subscriptions, software maintenance, and services to support Information Technology (IT) operations across the DoD enterprise.

Who can use the BPA?

The BPAs are open for ordering by the “DoD Departments and Agencies” on a world-wide basis. “DoD or Agencies” includes the Intelligence Community (IC) and the U.S. Coast Guard. GSA or other applicable ordering agencies /organizations, ordering on behalf of the DOD and/or FMS, are authorized to place Orders under this BPA and must comply with DFARS 208.74. Government contractors performing work for a DoD Component may place Orders under this BPA on behalf of and for the benefit of the DoD entity if authorized by their cognizant Contracting Officer in accordance with the requirements of FAR 51 and/or DFARS 251 as appropriate.
