Overview
The Software Licensing Program (SLP) was established in January 1994 and is administered by the Department of General Services, Procurement Division. Administered by the California Department of General Services (DGS), CSLP aims to reduce costs, improve compliance, and simplify the acquisition process for state entities.
This contract is available for use by State of California departments and any city, county, special district, educational agency, local government body or corporation empowered to expend public funds.
