Four Inc. is seeking a project management professional to join our team! This support role will be responsible for project management oversight of federal government services contracts with multiple government agencies and industry partners. Responsibilities will include assisting with overall coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects. This individual will participate in Four Inc.’s hybrid work schedule, including scheduled virtual and in-office work days.
In this position you will be supporting multiple projects, tasks, and groups of personnel as part of our Program Management Office (PMO). The individual is responsible for maintaining relationships with various stakeholders within the government client and industry partner organizations and upholding persistent awareness of overall contract status. The Program Analyst will create and maintain project management documentation such as schedules, risk registers, work breakdown structures, stakeholder contact lists, and other such documents in order to effectively capture and convey strategic information to internal and external stakeholders. You will also be expected to coordinate and facilitate the timely submission of regular status and performance reports, invoices, and other reports as required by the client and the contract. Job Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of day-to-day activities of multiple services contract task orders.
- Personnel support, task management, schedule management, risk management, invoice and budget oversight, quality assurance/control of technical performance, and management of customer satisfaction.
- Support and work collaboratively with sales and business/program operations.
- Meet regularly with government program managers and contracting officer representatives (COR) to ensure issues are promptly resolved and to enhance communications.
- Responsible for performance management and reporting.
- Review project plans to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
- Identify risks and areas of concern and adequately work with manager and teams to triage them and drive resolution.
- Work with government clients to establish priorities, including staffing actions, documented processes and quality control measures.
- Handle contract management functions: contract performance reviews, modifications, proposals, invoicing, subcontractor and vendor management, contract deliverables, and status reports.
- Ensure project activities are compliant with contract (IDIQ and Task Order) and other relevant regulations and policies.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, with an initial emphasis on contract compliance and ultimately growth through a successful relationship.
- Oversee expenditures and prepare budget projections and scenarios as requested.
- Manage resources within contract budgetary guidelines according to company policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines.
- Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
- Maintain commitment to company values.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to manage large amounts of reference information and manage execution of numerous action items across multiple strategic tasks, projects, and initiatives supporting corporate and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive working both on a team and independently, implementing proactive solutions based on management guidance.
- Willingness to learn and seek guidance, when necessary, while maintaining ownership of assigned tasks.
- Ability to work with senior level government and corporate personnel on a daily basis.
- Provide leadership to large cross-functional implementation teams of diverse staff.
- Strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and problem solve at both a strategic and functional level.
- Strong strategic planning skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, strong customer orientation, excellent analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- 1+ year of project management or Government contract experience
- Experience with managing government contracting requirements and working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and others.
- Budget and financial management ability.
- Familiarity with or certification with PMP.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Project management and/or contracts certifications are a plus.
