Marketing Specialist
Four Inc. is looking for a detail-orientated, versatile entry-level marketing specialist to join our corporate marketing team. Our ideal candidate has experience in developing, managing, and executing marketing campaigns and will help drive Four Inc.’s value proposition and marketing strategy to support business development, sales, and marketing goals.
Position Description:
The Marketing Specialist will contribute to existing marketing projects and programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives to support Four Inc.’s Boutique Aggregation platform.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have a strong passion for marketing with some prior experience in campaign management, social media, event promotion, demand generation, and/or branding. The marketing assistant must be an organized multitasker who is able to handle diverse projects at once and meet deadlines.
From marketing collateral and materials, to web initiatives, events, and ongoing communication efforts, this role requires both strategic thinking and planning as well as the ability to build and execute.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with various aspects of Four Inc.’s Marketing Strategy – including webinars, email campaigns, content marketing, events, digital marketing and advertising, sales enablement, social media, and PR.
- Support Four Inc.’s Marketing Management in continuously improving program effectiveness, brainstorming and implementing creatives, and developing innovative marketing initiatives.
- Help create and execute marketing campaigns and programs that drive vendor and partner relationships and increase customer acquisition through a variety of mediums.
- Meet all deadlines and adhere to all budgets for vendor/partner-focused marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and executive team members to develop messaging and content for various marketing efforts.
- Assist in optimization of digital channels by supporting corporate digital advertising campaigns, including search, social, display, email and video campaigns.
- Regularly track and report on marketing engagement metrics through platforms such as Google, LinkedIn and other media.
- Contact database management and input on how to continually enhance Four’s Marketing reach across the US public sector.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.

- Reports to Four Inc.’s Marketing Manager
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms from functionality to paid social campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience with Adobe Create Cloud’s Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Rush is a plus!
- Revenue oriented and goal driven
- Organized, detail oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience is a plus!
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
