Marketing Administrator

Four Inc. is seeking an entry-level dynamic and organized Marketing Administrator to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our marketing efforts, managing logistics, and fostering collaboration across departments. The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from event coordination to social media support, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Administration and Collaboration
- Act as the primary liaison with the HubSpot Consultant to manage and optimize Four Inc.'s HubSpot instance.
- Ensure data accuracy, system organization, and proper alignment with marketing goals.
- Event and Conference Coordination
- Provide on-site and remote support for conferences and events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Coordinate logistics such as hotel accommodations, airfare, food reservations, and catering.
- Lead internal and external event planning, including birthdays, networking events, and team-building activities.
- Organize and prepare materials for conferences, including swag procurement.
- Internal and External Communication
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as win wires and newsletters.
- Assist with press releases, media inquiries, and promotional campaigns.
- Content and Social Media Support
- Support Four Inc.'s Marketing social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Generate ideas for content, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Pull analytics and performance data from social media platforms to create detailed reports and inform strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent internship experience).
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and event coordination.
- Willingness to learn marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in learning analytics tools.
- Exposure to event planning or coordination, such as internships or volunteer experience.
- Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or a willingness to learn.
